Wake County building permits increase significantly | relocating to ...

Relocating to Raleigh NCAccording to Wake County data, a total of 2,740 permits for new residential buildings were issued between January and July of this year. This is an increase of 28 percent from last year. According to the Triangle Business Journal, builders estimated those homes? values at a total of $558 million, an increase of 35 percent from 2011. Wake County experiences slow and dependable growth which is preferable to rapid growth any day. Slow growth based on solid fundamentals is much more sustainable.
