Abused and abandoned dogs find sanctuary at Mexico shelter

About 128 abused dogs are sheltered at the Milagros Caninos sanctuary. Dogs on wheelchairs, blind, deaf or ill frolic and run around the huge sanctuary in the southern part of Mexico City.
