Concerto is looking for a results-driven individual to take on the newly created position of Business Development Associate within our firm. In this role you will join Concerto?s dynamic team of market researchers and brand strategists as we build our client base and expand our service offering.

Responsibilities include:

• Networking, lead generation and coordinating new business meetings.
• Refining target client profile and developing sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to documenting service offering and develop marketing communications.
• Project scoping and proposal writing.
• Prospect follow-up and relationship building.
• Contributing to marketing and social media thought leadership.
• Leverage Concerto?s content to build brand awareness and recognition.

Are you the ideal candidate for this role? If so you have post-secondary education with knowledge of business and marketing. You are entrepreneurial, results-driven and are motivated by being rewarded for performance. You are people-oriented and adept at developing new relationships. You understand how to provide value to clients. You have excellent listening skills and enjoy the challenge of developing solutions.
